At IMPACT Recycling, our mission is to put People and Planet first. We operate Bundaberg’s Material Recovery Facility and two Containers for Change refund points, helping divert large volumes of recyclable materials from landfill while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Our supported employees, many of whom are engaged through the NDIS, thrive in a workplace that values growth, inclusion, and purpose. With every container sorted and every skill gained, we’re building a more inclusive Australia and a true circular economy - where environmental stewardship and social impact go hand-in-hand.
